Have 7 years of experience in Procument. Job Description as below 1. Receives Purchase Requisition (PR) from end user with complete specification. 2. Ensure all purchase requisition is approved by the Vice President or President. 3. Canvass the requirement of End-user. 4. Processing of Office Supplies and Janitorial Supplies and Marketing request. 5. Make Purchase Order for approved suppliers using SAP. 6. Send Purchase Order to the Suppliers. 7. Coordinate with suppliers to ensure on time delivery. 8. Receiving of deliveries and distributes to requestor. 9. Prepares data of all approved PR and PO 10. Attend meeting as needed. 11. Photocopies important documents when needed and distributes to concerned personnel. 12. Coordination to Sales/Marketing Team 13. Performs other duties as may be assigned by the superior.
