• Plans, organizes, directs and controls the activities if each inspection group to ensure that desired targets are being met. • Reviews manpower job load distribution, function and allocation of each inspection group. • Establishes, implements and reviews over-all system of the section. • Initiates, promotes and carry-out improvement activities related to quality, productivity, cost down and safety of the section. • Monitors and follow-ups the actual result of the section’s indices versus the set targets.
