QC Senior Supervisor
• Plans, organizes, directs and controls the activities if each inspection group to ensure that desired targets are being met. • Reviews manpower job load distribution, function and allocation of each inspection group. • Establishes, implements and reviews over-all system of the section. • Initiates, promotes and carry-out improvement activities related to quality, productivity, cost down and safety of the section. • Monitors and follow-ups the actual result of the section’s indices versus the set targets. Generates improvement measures and revises the action plans as necessary. • Coordinates with Suppliers and related sections for parts inspection related issues and concerns. • Implementation of quality system and procedures. • In -charge of 5S implementation in section’s area of responsibility. • Section’s ISO 9001 coordinator in-charge
