Virtual Assistant & Customer Service Specialist
I am Gerah and I have worked in the Business Process Outsourcing industry for 5 years, ultimately gaining experience as Customer Service Support, Technical Service Support, Outbound sales, Appointment Setting and Sales Support Representative. I have also been working as a virtual assistant handling e-commerce processes for over 3 years. As a BPO support representative I take pride in helping others and giving excellent support. I am looking for clients that I can give my service to. I am always up for a challenge. Also, I have unquestionable loyalty, I am hard working, trustworthy, and I am flexible in a crisis. I always strive to bring 100% to the work that I do, and I consistently exceed what is expected of me, and my goals are to build strong, long-term, mutually beneficial relationships with my customer and clients alike.
The foundation of my past training and work experiences are greatly based on customer service, data entry and technical support. I've worked as a customer service agent for eBay NA under trust and safety department. What we do there is help customers that has issues with their account and listings. After eBay NA I've worked as virtual assistant for 3 years with Modern Bath House and other 5 online stores under the same umbrella. With my years of experience and I would like to give service and support to other clients as well. I am continuously seeking out industry leaders for a new career challenge and would love to discuss career opportunities.
