Reddit Growth & Traffic Assistant - Adult Nische (Manage 4 Accounts)

We are a fast-growing digital agency looking for an experienced, detail-oriented Reddit Growth Assistant to manage and scale 4 Reddit accounts in the adult entertainment niche. If you are just a spammer who copy-pastes links, do NOT apply. We are looking for someone who understands how to build organic traffic and keep accounts safe. Key Responsibilities: Daily Posting: Upload 2 to 3 high-quality posts daily (images and videos) per account. Content will be provided by us via Google Drive. No Spamming: Find and target highly qualitative, niche-relevant subreddits. You must post according to each subreddit's specific rules to avoid bans. Engagement: Be actively involved in the subreddits - interact, leave high-quality comments, and drive engagement to build account authority. Account Safety: You must know how to work with anti-detect browsers and proxies (Proxies will be fully provided by us) to keep the accounts secure. Tracking & Reporting: Maintain a strict daily Google Sheet, tracking key metrics including daily Traffic/Link Clicks and Karma Points . Requirements: Proven experience in growing Reddit accounts, specifically within the Adult / OnlyFans niche . Deep understanding of Reddit's algorithm, Karma generation, and how to avoid shadowbans. Technical knowledge of handling proxies and maintaining digital hygiene. Language: Fluent in English (95% of the work is in English, 1-2 posts might be in German). High reliability, consistency, and a data-driven mindset. Compensation & Terms: Budget: $50 USD / Month fixed.
