I have 6+ years managerial experience handling a financial account in a BPO setting. - handling minimum of 50 FTEs, with People Development and Management expertise; and 2-yr experience as a CRM Manager for Infusionsoft. I also have Six Sigma training, hence, my certification as a Green Belt, which I believe would be able to help you with business process and quality improvements. I have vast experience with CRM systems, specifically with Zoho, Authority Software, ActiveCampaign, but mainly exposed with Infusionsoft since I also have a certification for Infusionsoft Campaign Mastery. I was a CRM Manager on a remote office environment, providing training all over the globe. Part of my duties were: 1) re-organizing the CRM data system; 2) improvement and automation of end-to-end processes from sales to fulfillment stages; 3) content management and member support for post-sales and technical issues; 4) report generation for leads management, marketing funnels, and member retention; and 5) rebuilding of campaigns based on improved and simplified workflow automation.
