Hi! I am Shinehah. I have just completed an 18-month full-time missionary service for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. During this time, I planned and managed day-to-day volunteer activities, coordinating various community service projects in assigned areas. I ensured the accuracy and currency of teaching reports and facilitated tailored life coaching sessions for families and individuals. I also trained and led a diverse group of six volunteers in areas such as ethics, communication, and goal achievement. Before serving my full-time voluntary missionary mission, I had the opportunity to serve as a Stake Auditor for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints for a year. In this role, I ensured compliance with established internal control procedures by examining records, reports, operating practices, and documentation. I regularly conducted and participated in meetings with fellow auditors, the audit members, and the chairman. Additionally, I communicated and discussed audit findings with church leaders by preparing final reports. I possess strong technical competencies, including proficiency in the MS Office 360 Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Meet, Forms, Calendar, Drive). I am skilled in conducting virtual meetings via Zoom and have experience using various office equipment, such as printers, photocopiers, and scanners. Alongside my technical abilities, I excel in English spoken and written communication, am detail-oriented and highly organized, and can effectively collaborate as a team player or work independently with minimal supervision. My customer service orientation further enhances my ability to meet the needs of clients and colleagues alike.
