I am very much interested in obtaining in any Accounting related work or Customer Service Experience Work in your company. I have a bachelor’s degree in accounting and my studies centered in financial accounting, mathematics, statistics, auditing and management accounting. I have the ability to handle clerical duties with the accounting department which includes keeping excellent records, making financial statements filling and answering phone calls. I have excellent bookkeeping skills with the ability to handle the accounts payable and receivable duties. I am very much familiar in processing invoices. I have the ability to verify the figures to make sure all the information is correct. I have the ability to pinpoint the source of the problem and work with vendors to resolve the issue. For almost 4 years of working in an Accounting and Finance work it enhances me to be more attentive on my assigned works and clerical. It enriches my intellectual skills in the world of accounting and finance even under pressure. As I travel from there different branches it helps me to communicate with different kind of people, different attitudes and their different walks in life. For my 5 months of working as a Service Crew in Jollibee it improved me to work under pressure and the ability to work on a team environment. I also have a work experience as a Customer Service Representative in which it really help me a lot to develop my skills in communication, problem solving, organization, patience, empathy, adaptability, time management, conflict resolution, team work and critical thinking skills. I have outstanding computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft programs such as Excel, Access and PowerPoint. I also have extensive knowledge of accounting software and programs I am energetic, easy going and have the ability to work on a team or individually. I also have organizational and management skills with the ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines. My cheerful disposition has made me to make a good number of friends. This could be an added advantage as human interaction is what sales industry a success. I am easily trainable and a fast learner.
