I have also worked as a Program and Project Associate in Accenture full time and I do support client teams with several financial tools made by Accenture, integrating major tools such as Salesforce, SAP, DSM, Oracle, Servicenow ERP. We support them with proper tool functionality, fix light to moderate bugs and coordinate with the developers to fix or reaggregate issues towards the tools. In this job, I can hone my versatility in solving issues and on how to think outside the box for the betterment. And currently I am working as Carrier Account Auditor in Trax, I handle issues between logistics providers and client to ensure all invoices were paid on time and correctly.
