Sales Support Specialist
• Prepares and sends email communications to customers on product information or product updates • Maintains and updates regularly customer database from the inputs provided by the Sales Team • Coordinates with the Sales Team with the requirements for marketing and product information materials to be used for major product presentations and conventions • Sends email to customers before every major conventions that the Company will participate in • Attends to customer phone-in or email inquiries and promptly replies to their inquiries (Quotation, product inform ation, product literature, etc.) Via email or fax • In charge of safe-keeping all marketing and product information materials, ensures that these materials are well-stored according to product lines and are regularly monitored for replenishment • Assists in bidding preparation and regularly checks PhiIGEPS for the bid opportunities • assists the sales-team in preparing and submitting quotations, Receiving Purchase Orders from the accounts, preparing and submitting of Sales Order Forms for the invoicing, and in facilitating delivery of orders via SAP. • Prepares eligibility requirements for accreditation of all accounts • Monitors the processing and renewal of Permits (PhiIGeps, Business Permit and other Government documents) • Provide monthly Sales Report to the Supervisor
