We are looking for someone who wants to grow with the company - not simply complete assigned tasks. Key Responsibilities Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across various platforms. Manage listing creation social media accounts content calendars and marketing content. Create and manage email and SMS marketing campaigns. Build and manage CRM workflows and automations using GHL and/or ActiveCampaign. Manage and nurture leads through CRM and marketing automation. Assist with Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns and monitor performance. Support SEO and website content optimization. Track campaign performance analyze results and recommend improvements. Research marketing trends competitors and new opportunities. Work with the team to develop marketing strategies that increase brand awareness leads and bookings. Take ownership of assigned marketing projects and continuously look for ways to improve our systems and results. Qualifications Previous experience in digital marketing marketing coordination or a related role. Strong understanding of digital marketing fundamentals. Hands-on experience with GoHighLevel (GHL) and/or ActiveCampaign is highly preferred. Experience with CRM systems marketing automation email marketing and lead nurturing. Knowledge of social media platforms and content marketing. Basic understanding of Google Ads and/or Meta Ads. Basic understanding of SEO and website management. Strong written and verbal English communication skills. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data. Creative proactive and willing to take initiative. Comfortable learning new software platforms and technologies. Able to work independently while collaborating effectively with a remote team.
