We are looking for a creative AI Social Media Content Creator to work with our brand on a part-time, project-based basis . This is not a full-time position and does not have a set number of hours each week. We expect to have a few content projects each month and are looking for someone we can build a long-term working relationship with as our content needs grow. What You'll Be Doing You will help us create high-quality, modern social media content using a combination of AI tools, video editing, and creative storytelling . Projects may include: Instagram Reels TikTok videos YouTube Shorts AI-generated videos AI-generated images and visuals Promotional videos Brand awareness content Short-form advertisements Faceless content Voiceover videos Storytelling videos Trend-based social content For most projects, we will provide the general concept, inspiration, or direction. Your job will be to take that idea and turn it into a polished finished piece of content. Responsibilities Depending on the project, you may be responsible for: Creating AI-generated videos and visuals Editing short-form videos Writing or improving scripts Creating strong hooks Adding captions, transitions, music, B-roll, and effects Generating AI voiceovers Researching content trends and inspiration Replicating the style or structure of reference content while making it original to our brand Making revisions based on feedback Delivering finished, ready-to-post content Tools & Experience Experience with AI content creation is important. You should be comfortable with some combination of tools such as: ChatGPT Sora Veo Kling AI Runway Midjourney Flux ElevenLabs HeyGen CapCut Canva Adobe Premiere Pro After Effects You do not need experience with every platform. We care most about your ability to take an idea or example and produce high-quality content that looks professional and engaging. What We're Looking For The ideal person: Understands modern Instagram and TikTok content Has strong short-form video editing skills Understands AI content-generation tools Has a creative eye Understands hooks, pacing, storytelling, and viewer retention Can follow reference videos and creative direction Can work independently Communicates well Can complete projects within agreed deadlines Is comfortable making revisions Keeps up with new AI tools and social media trends Most importantly: We want someone who can look at a piece of content we send and understand: "How can I create something with this same level of quality and style for this brand?" We are not looking for basic Canva template content. Work Structure This is a freelance / project-based position . There are no guaranteed weekly hours. We expect approximately a few projects per month initially , with the possibility of more work as the brand grows. Some months may have more projects than others. You will be contacted when we have a new piece of content that needs to be created, and we will agree on the scope, deadline, and compensation for that project. We are looking for someone we can use consistently long-term , rather than finding a new freelancer every time we need content created.
