As an Appointment Setter you'll be the voice of our company reaching out to local business owners and introducing them to our innovative directory listings and marketing solutions. You'll play a vital role in connecting businesses with our services from ads and websites to cutting-edge AI voice receptionists. Key Responsibilities: - Engage with local business owners through cold calls pitching our directory listings and marketing services. - Identify and tailor relevant marketing solutions based on the unique needs of each business. - Schedule qualified meetings for our sales closer ensuring a seamless handoff. - Log call outcomes and track lead status using our CRM. - Follow up with warm leads to secure appointments ensuring no opportunity is missed. Schedule: Full-time 8am-5pm (US hours) major US holidays off weekly pay. Tools & Skills Required: - Comfortable learning a CRM and using Zoom for efficient communication and tracking. - Excellent communication skills with a friendly and casual tone. - Ability to build rapport quickly and effectively over the phone. - Self-motivated and organized with a keen eye for detail. Compensation & Growth: Starting at $4/hour with a pay review at 90 days based on performance. We invest in people who show up learn fast and get results.
