Join our dynamic team as an Expert RFP & Proposal Specialist to lead our efforts in securing government nonprofit and institutional contracts. In this role you will leverage your expertise in professional services and management consulting to identify and win strategic opportunities. Your primary focus will be on crafting compelling proposals that highlight our strengths in strategic planning organizational development and community engagement. Key Responsibilities: Search for and qualify relevant RFP/RFQ opportunities that align with our services in professional services business consulting and management consulting. Review solicitations carefully creating compliance checklists scoring matrices and outlining proposal requirements and deadlines. Draft edit and enhance competitive proposals using existing materials team resumes and client experiences to ensure a strong submission. Manage the entire proposal pipeline from opportunity identification to submission including handling all necessary forms attachments budgets and deadlines. Conduct thorough research on prospective clients and opportunities to tailor our proposal strategy and increase our chances of winning. Required Tools & Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Word Excel Google Docs Google Sheets Adobe Acrobat/PDF editing and Canva. Experience with government procurement platforms such as SAM.gov OpenGov PlanetBids and BidNet. Strong proficiency in AI tools like ChatGPT for proposal research drafting editing and RFP analysis.
