We are looking for a reliable detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to help with an ongoing insurance vendor project for our plumbing company. The initial work will focus on organizing cleaning up and maintaining our existing CRM/vendor tracking system and assisting with insurance vendor applications. Responsibilities will include: - Reviewing organizing cleaning up and updating our existing CRM system - Identifying and correcting incomplete duplicate outdated or incorrectly entered information - Accurate data entry and maintenance of vendor/company records - Completing online vendor applications using company information and documents we provide - Adding each company to the CRM and keeping its information application status contacts notes documents and follow-up dates current - Tracking submitted applications responses follow-ups missing requirements and next steps - Researching additional insurance companies vendor networks and other potential companies we can apply to when requested - Keeping company documents and vendor information organized - Creating and maintaining clear simple step-by-step written instructions for the CRM setup and work processes so our office staff can understand maintain and continue the work independently You do not need to be a CRM expert. However you must be comfortable learning software following instructions researching information online and working independently with strong attention to detail. Experience with administrative work data entry online applications vendor onboarding CRM systems or similar work is preferred. Accuracy organization reliability and communication are very important. If you encounter missing information or are unsure about an application we expect you to ask rather than guess. This position will begin part-time with an initial project/trial period. For the right person there may be additional ongoing administrative work available after the initial project is completed successfully.
