Dynamic Video Content Creator

We are a recruitment technology startup on a mission to change the way people connect with employment opportunities. Our candidate-first platform helps employers discover talented individuals based on their skills, experience and potential, creating a different approach to traditional recruitment. We're looking for a creative, proactive and organised Virtual Assistant to take ownership of our social media content creation and help grow our brand online. The Role We're looking for someone who can turn ideas into engaging content and manage the creative process from start to finish. You'll help us build brand awareness, grow our audience and encourage jobseekers and employers to discover and join Restart Talent. Your responsibilities will include: Video creation: Produce engaging short-form videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, LinkedIn and other relevant platforms. Graphic design: Create professional social media images, branded graphics, carousels, infographics and promotional materials. Content planning: Research trends, generate content ideas and develop a consistent content calendar. Scripting and storytelling: Write engaging hooks, captions and scripts that capture attention and communicate our message clearly. Brand awareness: Create content around job searching, career challenges, skills-based hiring, recruitment and the benefits of Restart Talent. Social media management: Schedule and publish content across our social media channels, ensuring consistency in branding and messaging. Performance monitoring: Track content performance and suggest improvements to increase engagement, reach and website registrations. Who We're Looking For We're looking for someone who: Has experience creating social media videos and graphics, with a portfolio to demonstrate their work. Can independently develop creative ideas rather than simply follow instructions. Is comfortable using tools such as Canva, CapCut and AI-powered content creation tools. Understands short-form video trends, storytelling and what makes people stop scrolling. Has excellent attention to detail and can maintain consistent branding. Is reliable, organised and able to work independently with minimal supervision. Can communicate clearly and meet agreed deadlines. Experience working with startups, technology companies, recruitment brands or digital marketing would be an advantage. What Success Looks Like We want someone who can take the pressure of content creation off the founder, bringing fresh ideas and consistently producing high-quality content that helps Restart Talent grow. We're particularly interested in someone who can manage the process from idea generation to finished video or image, ready to publish. Working Arrangement We're open to discussing a part-time, freelance or ongoing virtual assistant arrangement, depending on experience, availability and the quality of your work.
