Installing, updating, and configuring company software, peripherals, and user accounts. Monitoring IT support tickets and resolving technical inquiries within established service times. To excel in this role, you should have extensive experience with: Windows 10/11 and macOS operating systems. Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace administration. Remote desktop tools such as TeamViewer or AnyDesk. Ticketing and help desk platforms like Jira Service Management or Zendesk.
