Join our dynamic IT services company as an Expert Finance Operations Specialist where your expertise in Accounts Receivable (AR) Accounts Payable (AP) bookkeeping and accounting will be invaluable. We are seeking a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a remote work setting and excels in managing complex financial operations. Key Responsibilities: Accounts Payable (AP): Own the end-to-end AP process for vendors ensuring accuracy from invoice receipt to payment. Validate invoices against contracts maintain vendor data and manage international payments. Accounts Receivable (AR): Oversee the generation and tracking of customer invoices monitor receivables and support revenue recognition aligned to contract terms. Cash Flow Reporting: Produce monthly reports maintain forecasts and provide critical insights on cash flow trends to the CEO. Finance Data Management: Maintain structured records coordinate month-end close and ensure data integrity for fast and auditable reporting. Germany Statutory Compliance: Ensure compliance with German financial regulations manage VAT filings and support statutory financial statements preparation. Skills and Experience: Proven expertise in AR AP bookkeeping and accounting within the IT services industry. Experience managing multi-currency transactions and international vendor payments. Strong understanding of German statutory compliance including HGB VAT and trade tax. Proficiency in maintaining financial data systems and coordinating with external accountants.
