Full-Stack Developer (AI-Assisted) - Healthcare CRM & Internal Tools

ABOUT US Synergy Medical Group is a US-based Health care company. We are building an internal CRM web application and a set of internal tools, and we want a developer who moves fast with AI coding assistants (Claude / Claude Code) but who can read, debug, and defend every line that ships. WHAT YOU WILL DO - Build and maintain our internal CRM web app: contact and patient records, task queues, reporting dashboards - Build internal tools and automations: billing and reporting scripts, data imports, integrations with our existing systems - Use Claude / Claude Code as your primary development accelerator, and review, test, and correct its output - Write and run tests, fix bugs, deploy, and monitor - Document what you build so the rest of the team can maintain it REQUIREMENTS - 1+ years building and shipping real web applications, not tutorials - Strong in at least one modern stack: React + Node + PostgreSQL, or Python (Django / Flask). If you would recommend a different stack for an internal CRM, tell us why in your application - Comfortable with SQL, REST APIs, Git, and basic deployment (Docker, VPS, or cloud) - Real, demonstrated use of AI coding tools. You can show us something substantial you built with them - Fluent written and spoken English, - Reliable computer, stable internet HEALTHCARE AND SECURITY REQUIREMENTS - PLEASE READ - This role may involve access to protected health information (PHI) governed by US HIPAA rules - You must be willing to sign a Business Associate Agreement and a confidentiality agreement, complete HIPAA training before any access is granted, and follow our security policy: approved and encrypted workstation, multi-factor authentication, no PHI on personal storage or personal AI accounts, no work from shared or public networks - You must pass identity and background verification - If any of this is a problem for you, this is not the right role DETAILS - Full-time, 40 hours per week, long-term - Works directly with our IT Specialist and practice leadership
