This is a highly structured template-based cold outreach role with a clear step-by-step workflow. This is a starter position. Key Responsibilities Daily Outreach: Send exactly 75 cold messages per day naturally spaced out over the day (not all at once) to keep the account safe. Human-Like Activity: Before sending a message you act like a real user: open the profile look at active Stories click through the profile and then open the DM chat. Data Tracking: Keep our Google Sheets updated daily. You will log the creator's link mark them as Contacted note down which specific template you used and track follow-ups. Follow-Ups: Send structured follow-up templates to creators who haven't replied. Requirements Tech-Savvy (Proxies & Google Sheets): You must be organized with Google Sheets. Experience with anti-detect browsers and proxies is a must as you will log into our agency accounts. Consistency: You must be able to distribute the 75 daily messages consistently throughout the day. Fluent English: You need to understand the templates and follow instructions perfectly. Growth Mindset: You want to learn the industry and move up to a higher-paying chat-closer role. Compensation & Future Growth Starting Salary: $50 / month (Fixed Price for the outreach and tracking tasks). Growth Path: Once you understand our niche and prove your reliability you will be trained to take over the conversation after the initial reply.
