The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end referral process ensuring accurate coordination between providers insurance companies and patients to facilitate timely access to care. Key Responsibilities: 1.Process and manage incoming and outgoing medical referrals from initiation to completion 2.Coordinate referrals between primary care providers specialists and facilities 3.Verify insurance eligibility and referral requirements 4.Obtain authorizations when required for referred services 5.Follow up on pending referrals and approvals to prevent delays in patient care 6.Communicate with insurance companies provider offices and patients regarding referral status 7.Accurately document referral information and outcomes in the EMR/EHR system 8.Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally 9.Respond to patient and provider inquiries related to referrals Requirements: 1.Must be a Nurse Graduate 2.Minimum 2 years of experience in a Referral Department Referral Coordination or similar medical administrative role 3.Strong understanding of medical terminology 4.Experience working with EMR/EHR systems (e.g. ECW or similar platforms) 5.Experience with insurance verification referral eligibility and payer communication 6.Experience handling patient and provider calls professionally 7.Fluent in English both spoken and written 8.Available to start immediately 9.Must have own computer/laptop stable internet connection noise-canceling headset and backup equipment 10.Confident in handling inbound and outbound calls send your resume to hidden
