This mid-level role is pivotal in achieving success while engaging with Colombian government agencies on special projects and coordinating with our international virtual team. As a Legal Assistant you will be responsible for: Assisting the principal on special projects: Provide comprehensive support ensuring all project requirements are met efficiently. Coordinating with Colombian local government agencies: Conduct in-person research records requests and acquisitions on behalf of company Collaborating with an international virtual team: Work seamlessly across different time zones and cultural contexts to achieve team objectives. Proactively communicating with the principal: Engage daily via Zoom email and text to discuss updates priorities and any arising issues. We are looking for candidates who are: Independent high achievers: Eager to operate with autonomy and efficiently reach company goals when entrusted with important tasks. Excellent communicators: Strong written and verbal communication skills to liaise effectively with various stakeholders.
