We're looking for a warm reliable Assistant Coach for Daily Focus & Wellbeing to provide short daily check-ins for neurodivergent professionals and coaching clients. This role is a great fit for students recent graduates and early-career workers interested in: Psychology Coaching Therapy or counselling Teaching Social work Disability support Medicine or health care Human services Leadership or people support What You'll Do Each day you'll: Join a short scheduled call Ask a simple list of check-in questions Listen with warmth and patience Help the client reflect and stay focused Take clear accurate notes You are not expected to give advice provide therapy or solve anyone's life. Your job is to show up follow the structure listen well and be kind. Schedule Check-ins happen between: 9:30 AM-1:00 PM Eastern Time 13:30-17:00 UTC during daylight saving time 14:30-18:00 UTC during standard time The exact time may change from week to week but it will always be agreed upon in advance. Neither the client nor the assistant coach can change the agreed time with less than 7 days' notice except in emergencies. We respect your time. We do not expect you to be endlessly available.
