Marketing Manager

Upgrade Home Services is hiring a full-time Marketing Manager to lead our digital marketing strategy. This role owns everything from local SEO and paid ads to social media and review generation - helping us generate more leads and grow our customer base. Ideal for a marketing graduate who's ready to take ownership of a company's marketing function. Employment Type: Full-Time (40 hrs/week) Shift/Schedule: US business hours preferred (M-F) Responsibilities | Manage and optimize websites,Google Business Profile listings, yelp | Plan, launch, and manage Facebook/ Google ad campaigns for local lead generation | Develop and execute local SEO strategy to improve search rankings | Build and manage a review-generation system to grow ratings and referrals | Create and manage a content/social media calendar and video editing | Set up email/SMS follow-up sequences for quotes and leads | Conduct ongoing market and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and adjust strategy | Manage and allocate the monthly marketing budget across channels for maximum ROI | Track campaign performance and report on leads, cost per lead, and ROI | Collaborate directly with the business owner/operation Manager on promotions and seasonal campaigns Requirements | Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (required) | 1+ years of digital marketing experience (agency, in-house, or VA) | Experience conducting market/competitor research and analysis to inform marketing strategy | Strong English communication skills, written and spoken | Hands-on experience with Google Business Profile, Meta Ads Manager, and basic SEO tools | Content writing/copywriting skills for ads, social posts, and email campaigns | Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, GoHighLevel) | Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp) | Video editing/graphic design skills (e.g., Canva, CapCut) | Experience managing a marketing budget and allocating spend across channels | Experience with home services or local service businesses is a strong plus | Reliable internet and equipment for full-time remote work | Available for regular live calls/meetings with the team What We Offer | Full-time, stable long-term position | Salary: $850 monthly | Monthly performance bonus for hitting revenue targets | Opportunity to grow into a senior marketing role as the company scales | Direct collaboration with ownership - real input on strategy, not just execution
