We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically adept Personal Assistant to support our dynamic team in the art and design industry. This remote role is perfect for someone who thrives in a creative environment and has an eye for detail particularly in digital content management and influencer engagement. In this role you will be responsible for: Managing and optimizing listings on platforms like Printful Printify and other printable services ensuring data accuracy and effective presentation. Conducting research on potential influencer partnerships to enhance our brand presence and reach. Engaging in outreach efforts to influencers establishing and nurturing relationships that align with our brand's vision. Performing basic updates on our Wix website to ensure content is current and visually appealing. We are looking for a candidate with: A mid-level experience in personal assistance particularly within the art and design sector. Strong research skills and a proactive approach to identifying influencer opportunities. Experience with data entry and digital content management platforms. Familiarity with Wix or similar website platforms. Excellent communication skills and a keen attention to detail.
