WHAT YOU WILL DO Everyone in these roles will: Create videos of themselves presenting and promoting NATURAL NUTRITION PLUS™ products. Do live selling through their own Facebook Instagram YouTube and other social media platforms. Present and demonstrate the products in an engaging and professional way. Explain the products their features and permitted benefits accurately. Tag and promote NATURAL NUTRITION PLUS™ in their content. Use their own social media networks and audience to reach potential customers. Promote their personalised affiliate or sales link. Generate sales and earn income based on the sales they generate. Empress Rules Facilitation House is seeking an experienced highly resourceful professional to become a key member of our growing management consulting firm. This is a multifaceted role combining proposal development business development executive support bookkeeping marketing and business operations. Proposal & Business Development: Identify and qualify professional-services RFP/RFQ opportunities; analyze solicitations; create compliance matrices; draft and manage competitive proposals; track submissions; research prospective clients; identify teaming partners and subcontracting opportunities; maintain our business-development pipeline; and manage vendor registrations and procurement profiles. Executive & Operations Support: Manage business email and routine correspondence; coordinate calendars and meetings; track deadlines and follow-ups; organize client/project files; maintain company systems templates SOPs and trackers; and help ensure commitments do not fall through the cracks. Bookkeeping & Financial Administration: Maintain QuickBooks records; categorize and reconcile transactions; track invoices expenses accounts receivable/payable contractor payments and project budgets; and organize financial records for accounting and tax preparation. Marketing & Promotion: Manage social-media planning; draft and schedule content; create Canva graphics; promote company services and accomplishments; update capability statements and marketing materials; support LinkedIn and email outreach; and help maintain a consistent company presence. The person we're looking for: You are an excellent writer extremely organized comfortable with numbers and technology capable of researching and solving problems independently and able to manage multiple priorities without constant direction. You should be comfortable using Microsoft Office Google Workspace QuickBooks Canva Adobe Acrobat project-management/CRM tools procurement platforms and AI tools such as ChatGPT. This is not a task-by-task virtual assistant role. We are looking for someone who can learn our business anticipate needs take ownership of recurring responsibilities and grow into a trusted right-hand partner to the CEO. Priority of work: Revenue-generating proposals and business development come first followed by client/project deadlines financial administration executive support and marketing. This is a long-term opportunity with significant room for increased responsibility. Compensation may increase based on performance independence proposal quality increased responsibility and contribution to contract wins. Exceptional performance may also qualify for bonuses.
