Your goal will be to ensure every interested party receives all the necessary information and guidance to book our catering services. Here's what you'll be doing: Follow up with new catering leads via email, text, or phone call to provide menu options, pricing, and next steps. Reach out to potential clients, including companies, schools, venues, offices, realtors, churches, and event planners, to introduce our catering services. Book calls or tastings to get interested clients on your calendar or schedule a taco tasting at Nopal. Maintain and update a lead tracker with client details such as name, contact info, event date, guest count, budget, status, and next follow-up date. Send follow-up messages to past inquiries who haven't booked yet and reconnect with previous clients who might need catering again. We are looking for someone with mid-level experience who is proactive, organized, and enthusiastic about selling our catering services. While specific tools aren't mentioned, familiarity with CRM systems and basic spreadsheet skills will be beneficial.
