READ THIS FIRST - TWO HARD REQUIREMENTS 1. You must speak clear, confident, fluent English. You will be speaking to British business owners who decide in about ten seconds whether they trust you. If they have to ask you to repeat yourself, the sale is already gone. This is the single most important requirement of the role and it is tested at interview by live phone call, not by video. 2. There is no hourly wage. You earn nothing for showing up and everything for closing. If that sentence excites you rather than worries you, keep reading - because everything else about this role is stacked in your favour. WHO WE ARE The Noir is an independent UK web studio. We sell websites and AI front-desk systems - missed-call text-back, review automation, quote chasing, AI receptionists - to local UK businesses: garages, salons, dental and aesthetic clinics, trades. Real services, real UK customers, real prices: £79-£499 per month and £650-£2,400 per project. This is not lead-gen, not dropshipping, not an experiment. THE JOB You do not prospect. You do not cold call. A dedicated appointment setter books qualified 15-minute calls straight into your calendar with UK business owners who already have the problem we fix - they are losing £600+ a month in missed calls. You take the call, diagnose the problem, present the right package, and close it. | Appointments come to you, already qualified | Full Sales Playbook and Service Manual - every price, every objection, every line | A one-click CRM with each lead's full history and the script on screen | A UK phone system - work from anywhere, the customer sees a UK number | Your calls are recorded for training and monitoring, and reviewed with you. WHAT YOU'RE CLOSING | Front Desk - £199/month + £149 install | Front Desk Pro - £299/month + £149 install | Front Desk Max - £499/month + £149 install | Websites - £650 to £2,400 one-off WHAT YOU EARN - uncapped, paid weekly | £100 for every Front Desk client you close | £150 for every Front Desk Pro | £225 for every Front Desk Max | £30 PER MONTH residual for every month that client stays - your book compounds | 10% of every website project you close (£65-£240) "Closed" means the deposit has been paid and cleared. Defined in writing. No caps, no thresholds, no clawbacks, no games. Worked example, not a promise: close four monthly clients a month and by month six your residuals alone are around £720 a month, landing before you take a single call. The residual only moves one direction while your clients stay. WHY COMMISSION-ONLY IS THE HONEST DEAL An hourly rate pays you to attend. This pays you to close. We supply the leads, the appointments, the tools, the training, and a product that genuinely works. You supply the ability to sit in front of a UK business owner and get a decision out of them. Strong closers here out-earn any hourly VA rate. Passengers earn nothing. We are hiring the first kind. HOURS - YOU CHOOSE Monday to Friday. Appointments land between 5pm and 1am PHT, which is UK business hours. You commit to your calendar blocks weekly, minimum 5 hours a day. More availability means more appointments routed to you. WHAT WE EXPECT ON EVERY CALL You will be given a full compliance policy and you will be asked to sign it before your first call. In short: you announce at the start of every call that it is recorded for training and monitoring purposes, you never withhold your number, you never misrepresent who you are, and you honour any request not to be contacted again immediately.
