Sales Development Representative & Customer Service Rep - Remote

Join our dynamic team as a Sales Development Representative (SDR) and Customer Service Rep (CSR) in the Home Services industry. We are seeking a motivated professional with a keen interest in driving sales growth and connecting potential customers with our top-tier services. As an SDR and CSR you will play a crucial role in our sales process by: Calling leads. Following up with leads Qualifying prospects Sending emails and texts Updating CRM Booking appointments Following up on unsold estimates Engaging in basic outbound prospecting Dispatching Technicians Answering customer calls, messages, emails and schedule jobs according to the customer's needs. Assign and direct electricians to appropriate customer locations, and monitor their route and status to coordinate and prioritize their schedules. Handle escalated customer issues that cannot be resolved by a Customer Service Representative. We are looking for a professional with a proven track record in sales development and customer service.
