Short-Term Rental Revenue & Quality Manager

Join Our Growing Vacation Rental Business! We are looking for a highly organized, analytical, and detail-oriented person to join our short-term rental management company and take ownership of pricing and quality control across approximately 100 properties . Key Responsibilities Revenue Management & Pricing ● Manage and optimize nightly rates for approximately 100 short-term rental properties ● Work extensively with PriceLabs and Guesty ● Monitor occupancy, booking pace, market demand, seasonality, events, and competitor pricing ● Regularly adjust pricing strategies to maximize occupancy and revenue ● Identify underperforming properties and proactively recommend pricing changes Listing & Channel Oversight ● Monitor listings across Airbnb, Vrbo, and B[hidden] ● Make sure rates, availability, minimum stays, restrictions, and promotions are properly synchronized ● Regularly review listings to ensure they are accurate, competitive, and presented professionally ● Identify and resolve pricing, calendar, or distribution issues before they impact bookings Company-Wide Quality Control ● Help oversee the overall quality and consistency of our operation ● Review properties, listings, guest feedback, operational issues, and internal processes ● Identify recurring problems and make sure they are followed through until resolved ● Maintain high standards across our portfolio and help management identify areas that need improvement Who We're Looking For We want someone who is: ● Extremely detail-oriented ● Comfortable working with numbers and analyzing performance ● Proactive and able to identify problems without waiting to be told ● Organized enough to oversee a portfolio of approximately 100 properties ● Accountable and comfortable taking ownership of results ● Experienced with short-term rentals, hospitality, revenue management, or property management Experience with PriceLabs and Guesty is strongly preferred. Experience with Airbnb, Vrbo, and B[hidden] is highly valuable. This is an important role in our company. You will work closely with management and have a direct impact on our revenue, occupancy, property performance, and overall guest experience. Monday, Wednesday, Thursday Friday and Saturday 10am to 6pm
