NOW HIRING: Remote Operations Supervisor - Short-Term Rentals We are looking for a dependable organized and proactive Remote Operations Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day operations of our short-term rental business. Our company is based in Florida and services up to 80 Airbnb properties . This is a hands-on remote supervisory position responsible for coordinating and communicating with a team of approximately 30 cleaners and maintenance personnel making sure daily assignments are completed properly and on schedule. Key Responsibilities: | Assign daily tasks and coordinate staff schedules and workflows | Manage and communicate with approximately 30 cleaners and maintenance team members | Review daily reports to monitor staff performance and operational effectiveness | Create and assign tasks based on property reports and identified issues | Follow up with team members to ensure work is completed correctly and on time | Resolve guest/customer concerns and coordinate solutions with the appropriate team members | Coordinate cleaning and maintenance needs across up to 80 Airbnb properties | Prioritize urgent issues and adjust assignments when necessary | Maintain clear communication between field staff and management | Use WhatsApp hidden throughout the workday to communicate with cleaners maintenance personnel and other team members Communication & Spanish-Speaking Team: A large portion of our cleaning and maintenance team primarily speaks Spanish . You do not need to be fluent in Spanish but you must be comfortable communicating with Spanish-speaking employees. We regularly use translation tools when sending written messages in Spanish through WhatsApp. You should be comfortable translating messages when needed and making sure instructions are communicated clearly and professionally. Work Schedule: Sunday & Monday: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Thursday Friday & Saturday: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM Tuesday & Wednesday: Off Position: Remote Company Location: Florida Qualifications: | Strong organizational communication and problem-solving skills | Comfortable supervising and coordinating a large remote team | Ability to manage multiple properties tasks and priorities simultaneously | Comfortable using WhatsApp hidden a primary communication tool | Comfortable using translation tools to communicate in writing with Spanish-speaking employees | Strong attention to detail and follow-through | Ability to work independently and make timely decisions | Experience with Airbnb vacation rentals hospitality cleaning maintenance or property management is a plus | Experience with Breezeway and Guesty is a plus but not required - training will be provided We are looking for someone who takes ownership of their responsibilities communicates well with a busy field team and can keep daily operations organized.
