We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Vacation Rental Phone Call Assistant to support the day-to-day management of our vacation rental portfolio. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, and has experience in cold calling and customer service. Key Responsibilities Phone communications with guests, vendors, and partners. Review disputes and resolutions. Assist the owner with operational, administrative, and project-based tasks. Create and track information on platforms including: Airbnb Guesty http://B[hidden] VRBO Trello Breezeway Process guest refunds when necessary. Monitor guest reviews and ratings while helping maintain excellent performance metrics. Ideal Candidate Strong English communication skills. Excellent organizational and time-management abilities. Experience with vacation rental management or property management operations. Familiarity with Airbnb, Guesty, VRBO, http://B[hidden], Breezeway, and PriceLabs is a significant advantage. Comfortable working with spreadsheets and reports Highly detail-oriented, reliable, and able to work independently. Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills. Monday, Wednesday and Friday 9am to 5pm
