Furniture Pack Designer & UK Product Sourcing Specialist We are looking for a creative and highly organised Furniture Pack Designer to help us develop a collection of complete, ready-to-purchase furniture schemes for Airbnb and short-let properties across the UK. This is a project-based remote opportunity with the potential for ongoing weekly work. About the Project We are creating a private online shop that will provide short-let owners with everything they need to furnish and equip their properties. Customers will be able to choose from several complete interior themes. Each theme will include coordinated furniture, kitchenware and accessories sourced from reliable UK suppliers. The packs must look professionally designed while remaining affordable, durable and practical for short-let accommodation. Our initial pricing targets are: Complete living-room pack: maximum £500 product spend Complete bedroom pack: maximum £500 product spend Kitchenware pack: maximum £200 product spend Accessories and styling pack: maximum £200 product spend Your Responsibilities You will create several distinctive furniture-pack themes suitable for different property styles and customer markets. Your work will include: Developing cohesive interior themes and colour palettes Selecting furniture from reputable UK-based suppliers Creating complete living-room and bedroom packs within the allocated budgets Sourcing kitchenware, artwork, mirrors, lighting, soft furnishings and accessories Ensuring the products within each pack work together visually Selecting furniture that is durable and suitable for Airbnb and short-let use Creating attractive Canva presentations and interactive visual product boards Producing detailed order spreadsheets containing product names, images, prices, dimensions, suppliers, product links and delivery information Identifying suitable alternative products in case an original item becomes unavailable Regularly checking product pricing, availability and delivery coverage Ensuring that every complete pack is practical, orderable and ready for customer use You will need to consider the full cost of each pack, including VAT and any compulsory delivery charges, so that it remains within the intended budget wherever possible. The Types of Packs We Want to Create We want to develop a varied collection of full-property themes. Examples may include: Contemporary Neutral Modern Scandinavian Colourful and Characterful Boutique Hotel Modern Country Urban Industrial Affordable Luxury Classic Townhouse We are open to your creative direction and would like someone who can suggest commercially attractive themes rather than simply follow a fixed brief. Ideal Candidate You should have: Strong interior-design and furniture-styling ability Experience sourcing products from UK furniture and homeware suppliers Excellent Canva skills Strong spreadsheet skills A good understanding of budgets, dimensions and product specifications Excellent attention to detail An understanding of Airbnb, serviced accommodation or short-let interiors The ability to balance attractive design with durability and commercial practicality Confidence finding suitable replacements when products become unavailable Experience creating moodboards, furniture schedules, FF&E schedules, procurement documents or shoppable interior-design boards would be highly beneficial. Important Requirements All recommended products must be available from suppliers that deliver within the UK. Product links must be live and accurate when submitted. The packs must be original, commercially usable and created specifically for our business. We are not looking for copied Pinterest boards or generic AI-generated designs without accurate product research.
