•Create and send invoices to clients and vendors. •Follow up and chase overdue payments to ensure timely settlement of invoices. •Process and post vendor invoices accurately in the accounting system. •Enter vendor bills into QuickBooks, ensuring accuracy and proper categorization. •Generate invoices with appropriate markup in QuickBooks. •Process payments for vendors and ensure timely disbursement. •Process payroll for handymen, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations. •Reconcile checking accounts and credit cards on a monthly basis to maintain accurate financial records. •Prepare and submit monthly Profit & Loss (P&L) reports to the controller. •Liaise with other departments, contractors, vendors, and bankers to resolve financial issues and disputes. •Collect and verify vendor paperwork during the onboarding procedure to ensure compliance. •Process vendor 1099 forms for tax reporting purposes.
