Hi, my name is Geraldine. My recent job was as a real estate cold caller for two years and 7 months. Part of my daily task is making phone calls to generate quality leads and set an appointment with one of our Acquisition Managers. Aside from it, I also send follow-up emails and text messages to gather information about a said property and make sure to put all this data on the client's profile so we can make an initial offer and negotiate to buy the said property. I also make sure to update all the information on our database and Excel spreadsheet and it is a full-time job from Mon-Fri that requires 8-10 hrs a day Eastern time.
