I am Riza Monica D. My internship at Philippine Women’s college of Davao, Philippine Airlines, and Behavioral Dynamics Incorporation afforded me with the crucial skills required to work with professionals. As a trainee, I was designated to perform the duties of administering psychological tests to examinees (group and individual), testing interpretation and report writing, group and individual counseling, and collating and filing of periodic reports. Having gone through such extensive training, I am confident that the knowledge and skills I have required will aid me in fulfilling the tasks and responsibilities of an employee of your offices if given the opportunity. Through this task I was able to deal with different people from different walks of life. I am confident that the knowledge and skills I have acquired through these tasks will help me in fulfilling the tasks and responsibilities as Client Service Associate. I am currently working as Inventory Clerk at PMC. My job requires me to communicate with our company’s suppliers. My duties include 1. Acknowledging receipt of items 1) Acknowledges receipt of items found in good order by signing receiving document, 2) Keeps list and records of office requests, 3) Prepares Materials Requisition slip form for stock and non-stock items, 3) Prepares Receiving Report, Issuance Report, , 4) Releases requested items to Davao end users and prepares all items to be delivered to Agusan end users, 5) Monitors the quantity level of stocks in the warehouse, and 6) Reconciliation of discrepancies. These tasks honed my skills, such as ensuring that the supplier’s documents are accurate as well as the supplies and materials that they deliver. This task helps me develop my communication skills as well. I can say that since I talked with different suppliers from time to time, I am able learn how to clarify concerns with them without conflict. Also, being an Inventory Clerk gave me knowledge and practiced my problem-solving skills on how to solve things with initiative. I learned how to make decisions and find alternative solutions.
