My first job was as a Customer Support Representative, and I handled a sales account that specially trained in hotel bookings, so I learned how to manage an account with a high volume of calls every day. what We sell our clients the greatest experience possible throughout their vacation or leisure time in order to make their stay pleasant and enjoyable. We also strive to upsell as much as possible in order to maximize revenue. . I also began to teach for two years The first year of teaching was face-to-face learning in which you will provide them with a daily lesson, assess grades, and create documents such as lesson plans, Microsoft Powerpoint presentations for lessons, and grades using Excel. Second year of teaching experience was online learning, which was very challenging because you will deliver lessons online, which is why you need to be computer savvy. You will prepare a daily lesson using Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Excel, and computing their grades, as well as handling Google Classroom, Google Drive, Google Spreadsheets, and Google Exams. My most recent experience was as a technical support representative, which is also a work from home job that focuses on assisting customers in troubleshooting and guiding them step by step, so I learned how to properly handle an irate customer and how to be patient, and we use five tools, so I learned how to multitask with several tools. So all of my experiences have taught me how to deal with individuals of all personalities. I can also operate remotely with minimal supervision since I can easily follow instructions and perform well at my job.
