Responsible for Total Campaign Planning Coordinates and aligns with Category Managers on the offers and promotions to flow in the Campaign Checks Financial KPIs if the projections are hitting the Profit Plan such as Units, Sales, Profits, Gross Margin, etc. Checks if Key Segments, Top Brands and Forms are healthy vs Prior Year performance and ensures base are covered Also analyzes the Campaign’s Depth of Discount, Pricing and other criteria for a stronger campaign Consolidates and analyzes the Campaign Review Deck Presents the Campaign Evaluation Deck to the Campaign Planning Head, Category Managers, Demand Team, Marketing Director and General Manager Leads the Campaign Reviews (Initial, MD Stage, Pre-GM and GM Stage) Makes sure that Campaign is stronger vs Prior Year Joins Planning Conferences annualy and quarterly for the the tuning of plans and strategies Coordinates with Creatives Team for the Brochure Execution
