Cost Control Engineer
❖ Takes the lead in preparation of budget (proposed budget to be agreed with the engineering department) ❖ Records all variances on Agreed Budget ( Saving/Overrun) ❖ Prepares and submits Level 4 activity codes and pay codes for Quality Monitoring System ❖ Evaluates and reviews all data entries for labor and equipment , data entry on ORACLE SYSTEM ❖ Checks and records all project payables ❖ Initiates Project Cost Review with PMT ❖ Gathers and verifies actual cost and reconciles with the accounting cost thru Oracle System ❖ Prepare Cost Evaluation Reports ( CVA) ❖ Accountable for accurate on variance and cost reports ❖ Reviews and sets allocation of project funds for PM's guidance ❖ Reviews, check and verifies all payables for subcons/ Suppliers ❖ Prepares Work Confirmation outside of Oracle System prior to payment ❖ Coordinates with planning Engineer and Quantity Tracker for progress accomplishments of each activity ❖ Monitors and reconciles equipment utilization before uploading to systems ❖ Responsible for the follow up of billing and collection works
