Credit and collection Supervisor/ Accounts Receivable Specialist
- Supervise and oversee the Credit and Collection team in our day to day operation such as AR collections, documents dispatching, new vehicle and service releases - Overall responsible for the proper management and monitoring of customer's account to ensure timely collection and resolution of any dispute/reconciling items and to avoid outstanding debt - Monitors and analyzes AR aging reports to identfy credit risk , outstanding accounts receivables and ensures balances are accurate - Communicate and follow up account receivables to client and business partners thru email and phone calls - Resolve billing and customer credit issues knowledgeable in generating and sending out invoices - Prepare monthly outstanding accounts receivable report and collection analysis - Perform monthly reconciliation with the accounting analyst to ensure the accuracy of credit and collection data - Review and approve credit line application by analyzing credit worthiness of clients - Responsible on creating or setting customer entity for new approve client or business partners on SAP system - Handles delinquent accounts and endorse to legal team for legal action
