I am a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Information Technology at the University of Northern Philippines. I’m originally from Ilocos Sur, but currently based in Tanza, Cavite. I was a Retail Store Assistant at Globe Telecom Inc., for 1 year and 2 months. My role was basically a customer service representative, assisting the subscriber’s concerns and queries, and processing payments. I was also doing retail, as we have a monthly quota of sales. After I left my 1st job, I decided to explore, and entered the travel industry. I was hired as a Contract Loading Associate in Dnata Travel, a sister company and back office of Emirates. My responsibilities are analyzing the hotel contracts from the Arab States, understanding the terms and conditions, accurately load the room and meal rates, and its inclusions on the database. The travel sector was severely affected when the pandemic happened, so I decided to be practical and entered the BPO industry. Since I have the experience of being a Customer Service Representative, I am determined that I will strive in this line of work. I am a former Customer Service Representative, and a Data Processing Representative in Staff Boom. It is a California-based outsourcing and offshoring business with a branch in Clark, Pampanga called Swak BPO. Our clients are insurance companies and agencies based in United States. As a CSR, I help our customers with their general questions, concerns, and processing cash, card, and check payments and processing reinstatements, by doing an inbound and outbound calls. As a Data Rep, we basically doing a back-office job which we’re processing, attaching, and entering the customer’s details, documents, etc., to our database. Outside of work, I am a potential writer. I love to write down my stories and thoughts. I do have a blog where I share my experiences to everyone. I also love watching series and documentaries. I am a proud Mom of my daughter. ♥
