I am currently working as a Workforce Real-Time Analyst/Reports Analyst for a local in-house BPO. My roles are focused on Workforce Management such as Scheduling & Forecasting, Data and Reports Analytics. I got to improve my skills such as attention to detail, efficiency, and critical thinking. Prior to this role, I was handling Customer Service as well as Technical Support.
Let me give you a glimpse of my work credentials. I used to work for a Health Insurance company in Australia for almost 2 years. I’ve closely worked with International clients. I’ve learned a lot about claims and insurance-related tasks, honing my administrative skills.
I've also worked for a Technical company in Washington. I was a Technical Support Representative and Customer Support as well. I had the opportunity to learn and explore new things while working closely with business owners.
