Executive Secretary
* Arrange meetings and schedules of the chairman * Organizes and maintains an efficient filing system and managing Confidential Files and Records. * Handles telephone calls pertaining to Chairman, delivering complete and accurate messages. * Organizing all aspects of local and international travel and compiling detailed itineraries, booking flights and overseas visa applications * Delegating the processed information to the appropriate departments in the organization in a timely manner. * Prepare office memos, open, sort and distribute incoming correspondence and reply to all the inquiries accordingly on time either by fax or by email. * Coordinates with other department/subsidiaries for internal meetings and documentation. * Conducts research for the information/documents requested by the chairman * Assists in visa and labour card processing. Coordinates with PRO for office documentation such as license renewal, title deed application and provide necessary requirements. * Prepares Lease agreements and rental receipts * Advertise and market available rental properties. * Communicate to all tenants with regards to rental issue and renewals. * Keeping all legal documents, contracts and other important papers of the company. * Carried out personal errands: shopping, payment of bills and follow-up on repairs and home maintenance work.
