I started as phone support for a BPO industry in our city, Davao City, Philippines. Most phone calls are retention calls, and upselling our products. And I've been a consistent top performer that generated sales through upselling. I then became an email/chat support for a membership client. I've been a customer representative in the BPO industry for 3 years then I resigned and started my freelancing journey in 2016 until now. I was an email/chat support for my first client, then became a social media moderator for another client. I have experience handling Shopify stores for e-commerce clients and dealt with dropshipping clients, too. I pretty much know the workaround with Shopify and Aliexpress. I've handled disputes, and chargebacks as well on behalf of my client. I was customer support, a trainer, and a manager at the same time. I do handle each task with care and attention. I was a collection agent manager with my last client residing in Canada. I may be learning and working fast since I am pretty great at multi-tasking without sacrificing the quality of my service. I prefer long-term projects and based on my previous clients, I've been with them for 2-3 years, too.
