• Review health insurance claims submitted by healthcare providers. • Review and respond to the claim that the appeal has been overturned or denied by providing the authorization number. • We make an outreach for prior authorization for provider and member. • Sent an authorization to provider office through fax.(right fax) • Used tools Iset,Icue,doc360,rightfax, miim, microsoft office, adobe acrobat reader, EMR, ATS and gps. • Responsible for closing all due case’s everyday. • I work with 30-50 provider and members a day. • Maintained accurate records of patient visits and treatments in patient medical files. • Obtained patient or family member authorizations for tests and procedures. • Answered patient inquiries and provided information about healthcare services. • Educated clients and families about rights and responsibilities. • Update patient demographics • Provide information about the appeal has been approved or denied. • Health risk assessments annually for the member. • Provide prior authorization and CPT code. • HIPAA compliant
