Human Resources Specialist
Duties/Responsibilities: -Conducts initial interview and provide pre-employment requirements. -Receives, follow-up pre-employment requirements and send documents to the main office. -Conducts a full comprehensive New Hire Process orientation and other soft skills orientation to ESL new hired trainees. -Conducts COVID-19 awareness and guideline orientation to all employees via Skype. -Receives government loan, maternity and other related requirements and forward these to the main office for processing and at the same time forward to employees voucher checks upon receipt of completed transaction. -Provides mental health assistance and comfort to any employee undergoing mental health issue and generate weekly report. -Assists with providing Notice to Explain, Explanation Letter and Notice of Disciplinary Action to an employee and updates report. -Consolidates, assists concern and forwards salary dispute report to an HR specialist. -Prepares and posts daily earthquake, thunder and lightning tips and mental health awareness information to forums and others related topics as requested and needed. -Processes resignation and clearance requirements. -Counter-checks and feedbacks separated employee to claim his/her Certificate of Employment, final pay BIR 2316 documents. -Processes and records employee’s filling on unpaid leave and updates reports.
