I, Imeelyn Orcales, 23 years old and is residing at Pasay City Philippines is applying for a virtual assistant job. I was raised in Cebu City by my grandparents but eventually moved to Pasay City after graduating junior high school to live with my parents and take senior high school. I went to Pasay City West High School and took HUMSS or Humanities and Social Science. After graduating senior high school, to help my parents financially, I applied and was hired on a BPO company called FIS Global Solutions, handled General Care and National Sales Support line of businesses for over 10 months. After that I applied as an Account Associate at VXI Global MOA and was hired last May 2019 and I am still working at VXI up to present. I've handled ISM Platinum, ISM Service, DirectTv Service, and now with Mobility Technical Support. I was promoted to Account Associate II and I have been a Subject Matter Expert FLEX for almost 6 months now and is up for a promotion to become Escalations Desk Expert. I am very confident that with the skills and experience I have that I am qualified for the position I am applying for. I am open for future learnings to help upgrade my skills and become a better virtual assistant.
