WORK EXPERIENCE Sep 2011 – Apr 2020 IT SPECIALIST, IBM SOLUTIONS DELIVERY INC. • Designed, developed and maintained configuration system used by IBM Sales team. Programming language used were Visual Basic 6.0, and Visual C++. • Also helped the squad move to DevOps by moving all source code from CMVC to Github, and by automating the compile and build process via Jenkins jobs. • Also assumed Tester role. As a tester, executed manual test cases, ran automated test scripts using RFT, created test plans and test cases for new requirements, and fixed defects in test automation scripts in RFT written in Java. • As a squad Agile champion, ensured that Agile software development was implemented and improved in the squad/team. • As a squad Iteration Manager, ensured that all Agile ceremonies were organized, all action items opened from the ceremonies were completed, planning occurred for the current and next iteration, that the squad was focused on the highest priorities by working closely with the Project Manager and Product Owner, and that the team regularly updated the status of the stories.
