Hi There, I’d like to introduce myself, over the years of working as an Administrative Support, I was able to enhance my critical thinking and adaptability to engage and develop unto me that I will become a problem solver in the company. Customer service empathy is my priority when I appoint an unexpected character client who wants to get priority in the line. I did different tasks where could do spreadsheets and bookkeeping in categorizing expenses and banking statements. I was able to do VLOOKUP to generate sales in different categories. I do Lead Generation scraping websites, blogs to Spotify leads, and general lead lists in LinkedIn and any app. Any data entry procedures documentation in Google Suites, online research. I was able to manage emails, chats, appointment calls, and other communication inquiries. I manage schedules and appointments. I was also able to do graphics for social media design using Canva. Patience is my virtue in troubleshooting processes and diagnosing problems. I am able to transfer skills in detail oriented to identify and resolve clients' problems. I am able to enhance my communication skills by following written, verbal and phone instructions. I was able to collaborate with other staff in resolving issues. Thirsty for knowledge to determine procedures taken to resolve concerns. I am also part of a ministry growth leader where we develop to become good stewards of the things that are entrusted to us.
