Train, coach, monitor, recognize, support, and promote discipline in any given situation. Participate in training discussions with the clients. Administer needs analysis/ skill gap assessment and conduct refresher training. Carry out a needs assessment and performance reviews to officers. Coordinate and cooperate and collaborate with fellow coaches serving a shared customer base to ensure a seamless customer experience. Coordinate with Recruitment, IT, and liaising with the HR team. Knowledgeable and understands the company policies and procedure Review and management of trainers and trainees Sprout logs Management of training logistics Completion of Train-the-Trainer (TTT) and End-User Training (EUT) sessions to trainers Active participation in training initiatives to promote learning and training engagement amongst internal and external partners Spearhead curriculum development Participate and contribute to the continuous improvement of curriculum and department policies and procedures Identifies and incorporates best practices and lessons learned into programmed training plans Evaluate training & facilitator effectiveness Facilitate Focus Group Discussion (training week 1) Join trainer in welcoming new hires on Day 1 and prior endorsement to Operations. Endorsement of training graduates to operations Attend and participate in training and quality-related meetings with stakeholders and client Performance review and coaching of trainers
