I worked as an Admin Assistant doing collectiona and sending billing to our tenants. I have experienced in using Microsoft Office tools. I also have solid experience of accounts payable process (bookkeeping) in using SAP as accounting software. I am proficient in handling payment methods suchs wire transfer or cheque payments. Skilled in verifying and coding of invoices to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and vendor agreements. I can also maintained financial records, reports and documentation to support audit and financial analysis. I am able to handle multiple task simultaneously and meeting the deadlines since I've been working with foreign clients/companies already. I have a great customer service skills since I've worked with a travel agency before as a Tour coordinator wherein I assist them and answer all their questions. i also had a chance to work with a US Client assisting her in her data excel which I need also to teach on how to use the excel. I also some small gig in the past as a Socal Media Manager wherein I provide posters and media graphics for my local client using Canva. I am very open to more opportunities and learn new things.
